Regular visual wave observations have been performed from 1954 at several coastal sites of Estonia. This data are very valuable for understanding  wave climate in Baltic Sea. The main goal of the seminar is description of the wind wave mesurment procedure and interpretation of different wind wave parameters recorded in historical diaries.
